Or reroll other faction and slaughter them.

Or get a group of mates, take the person to an instance and wipe them constantly, ninja the drops, offer bad advice on how to play their toon on the basis that this is your 20th 70/80 and you once solo’d Arathas with one hand behind your back, while being ganked by the entire opposite faction population, on a 386 pc via dial-up without a mouse.
