Those pictures don’t look scribbly enough Gnomer – have you been taking lessons?

The other problem with the 2 bases + flag method… is that people don’t understand that you need to control the middle before you cap. Flag-blind is such a good description!

The best win I’ve had in EoTS was one which started with:

Server will be restarting in 15 minutes.

The response to that message was – lets win this #$%# – go rush BET and FRR.

We held 3 bases and vied for a fourth the whole time and got the Flurry achievement!

I’ve only been in EotS group once, where someone bothered to explain a well-thought out tactic. It took him some convincing of the group since it was an unusual strategy for most players – he told us to stay away from the mid and aim for 4 nodes. He said this was a foolproof tactic, and was constantly encouraging the group to report and call out – he really did a very good job leading the group to victory. I’ve never seen anything like it; it’s so rare these days for people to actually listen instead of troll around.

I’m quite sad I don’t remember his exact strategy (although his first and last words were “remember this the next time you do EotS”), I’ve never had such a smooth victory since then.

However, this was a really nice read and I’ll keep it in mind- I’ve yet to try out your “cap three flags in WSG as a mage before they know it”!

Yeah combine some tough bait with Aritificial Human Intelligence and they will never get to a node to take/defend it.

Another good thing about Slow Fall, the ability to skip you “GY farmers”, but usually by then it’s too late.

I have sat right in the little peace symbol, in front of the Horde spawn point, on my Resto Druid.

I wait for them.

They should charge out to take BET, or FRR. Prevent that 4 cap, PREVENT THE 4 CAP

But instead, they go after the Tree, in Tree Form, stacking Resilience. I might go down eventually, but it will take a lot of their team to do it.

7 of them on me for 1 minute equals a win every time.
