Another thing the speaker mentioned was something like this…

“Better to exercise one hour a day, than to be dead 24 hours a day. ”

I think the same with finding time for doctors.

Well said, I did actually cave in and get a general checkup just before xmas and i really need to get off my bum and do a couple of specialist follow ups I should have done last month but I can’t even find time for a haircut:(

Took me a while to figure out there was a whole post under the stunning imagery!

I do feel encouraged by the list, my husband is doing fine until the last four, okay on the directions one not so much but he does let me ask. It’s just the last four he needs work on, I will cleverly lure him to your post when he comes home with promises of Batman.

seriously, though, i was happy to do it. thanks for being patient waiting for it while i was AFK on vacation! i didn’t need such a humbling shout-out, but i really appreciate it. you’ve written so much over the years that i really enjoyed, being able to do this for you was an easy way to say thanks and return the kindness.
