Mmmm interesting… What was your spell penetration & spell hit like?

Magma totem is working as intended for me in AB & BfG (also AV GYs & nodes, and SotA GYs)

The only place AoE seems ineffective at “stopping a cap” for me is in SotA, and only when it comes to disarming bombs – they always get disarmed.

took the link from Cynwise here to read the great article (big fan of his)

pretty disappointed, I quit PVP a month ago because so many shaman mechanics dont work properly, IN FACT it was tickets on the failure of magma totem to work that caused.

I dont recall having magma totem work this season, not once
repeatedly, so often that when I reported it that the response was to stop reporting it because it was known and there was no fix yet or I would get a 24 hour time out

literally every time in AB there would be at least one time where an enemy was taking a node away while magma was down
