as to do lowbie quests.
OK sure, I did it while chasing Loremaster back in WoLK, but you would never find me doing that now.
I never did tell you about my Loremaster journey did I… guess I saved you a lot of boring stories.
Completely drained by Archeology, all my defenses down, I found myself in Westfall the other day.
Oh god it was so boring… the NPCS were banging on about a couple of murders and no sooner would I talk to a PC, then he would be dead as shady characters were seen running from the vicinity.
Hell, I nearly rushed (you know how you rush with that urgent delivery… 3 weeks later) on one occasion when I heard one of my contacts was in trouble…
Ummm, what’s going on here… how can I be getting caught up in a story line when I’m not even reading the quest text.
Damn, now I wish I knew what was going on… nevermind, I will press forward and take the time to read now…
WTF!
Where the hell is the Deadmines entrance?
Jumping Gnomes, I have been playing this game for how long and I still can’t find the bloody entrance!
Whooooo cut scene…. (I do love the party in this cut-scene)
Ahhh now, I understand what I am doing in the Deadmines these days… it’s just a shame this isn’t a level 85 quest line… Meh, let’s face it, I would only be doing it for the gold if it was.
Off to Lakeshire?
Ha! I never did Lakeshire when I leveled, and now they expect me to do it now?
This guy came > this close < to knowing what it’s like to be roasted by a Gnome
Ohh sweet, paid by direct credit these days… man I love this Gnomish ingenuity.
Seriously we should have a Gnomecorder in our backpacks with our hearth stones… at least that way I would understand how quests can be delivered in the field… it would also make all the smug bastards go back and do the lowbie quest for the convenience.
Mmmm which mage sold our portal technology to be used as a fax?
At least we are keeping in the extended Gnomish family.
Ohh how I wish I’d taken a screenshot of my Ettin pet… he was sooo cute… and so strong!
Now I have to go help this bunch of unwashed losers…
Actually I was having so much fun doing these quests that I grouped with Deadypriest for BGs and left him in there alone.. yeah sorry about that.
I also didn’t not continue to walk through the bunch of sleeping wargs… It was more like jumping, and no more than 6… maybe 30 times… Ohh lordy that was fun. Must go back and see if I can do it again.
I’m not just on a boat…
I’m on a Fire Mage propelled boat!
I’m hoping Propel Boat is the next top tier talent!
42 points… I’d spend them all in the Fire tree to get this… seriously!
All I got was the filthy rag off Keeshan’s head… well I got lots more… lots more rubbish to disenchant… I wish there was a guild achievement for that!
and another boring achievement and…
OH WAIT, what’s that coming from the sky… I mean I really don’t want to have to do even one more quest than I have too… but umm, while I am here, maybe I will just give it a try…
Ohh and that poor quest giver… he waited… and waited… and waited…
I think in the end he was yelling at me…
Give me the bloody demo back, you are meant to be going to Darkshire!
I was all
yeah, yeah.. coming… just another minute or two.. I mean holy Gnome poop this is fun!
But in the end I went to Darkshire.
and I was a little disappointed… they seemed like all the same old quests… but then adimittedly they seemed to have a new relevance.
I was however happy to see that they were taking action against all the NPCs with Gazimoff‘s favorite imitation British accent.
I think they will be introducing this to the LFD interface soon as well, as a replacement for that inadequate /votekick function.
But seriously, Klep is right, there is no reason to go do any of these quests.
After all, once the new Call to Arms: LFD system is introduced, there will be no more standing in queues wishing there was something you could do with your time apart from bitch.
Gnomer and Out!

ha! i took almost the same shot of myself in the boat in Lakeshire: http://tinyurl.com/3bdyhgl
i really liked that questline — the ending was the best part! i actually kept my bandana, too, but i’ll probably be forced to DE it soon. my bank space is very very limited….
I see your limited space and raise you 2 slots… bloody tabbards… why am I hanging onto them again?
New Azeroth is awesome. Every zone holds a surprise – I can hardly level enough characters. I’ll never do Westfall or Redridge, though – Horde through and through!
Yeah I am loving it.
This is so much better than Archeology for doing while waiting for a queue to pop, or waiting for a raid to for etc.
I am enjoying the storylines enough to make me hesitate when that queue I have been waiting 40 minutes for finally pops.
Maybe I should grab one of my old Horde toons and take it for a spin… so much content, not enough time…
