12 months of battling them has worn me down.

Hundreds of pages of piles of threads regarding their (lack of) performance on the Whirlpool forums (industry forums), but no change.

In fact one thread spoke of their policy of switching gaming and peer2peer traffic during peak hours to low priority routes. Which exactly reflects my experience with Optus.

8pm = unplayable

(I can set my watch by it)

Unfortunately WoW uses p2p for a lot of it’s games comms, so double the trouble for me!
