i had a *slim* chance of getting in on a friend’s guild (alt!) ICC run this weekend (they’ve already downed him on their mains), but it didn’t happen, so arthas lives on as far as i’m concerned. sigh. BUT, i will say, i had a fun weekend anyway. saturday night we did Sarth+3D, and i won the black drake reins, and i’m pleased as punch. what’s a better fire mage mount than a black and red drake?
also did a bit of mountaineering and urban exploring with guildies sat & sunday night, getting to places in stormwind we’ll be able to fly to in 4 hours, but still… to see sights like this before anyone else? it was thrilling. http://tinyurl.com/2fy8q7g

I’ve fought some in the BGs that take as long as him to die, with as many phases and surprises.
I was a bit surprised when I went back through the screenshots and saw it… that’s the trophy to hang on the blog!
Edit: My memory just kicked in… I do now recall a certain Gnome doing a bit of /rude /spit to the Lich King… then there was the other raid member T-bagging him.. maybe LK was a PvP scrub
