Speaking of late posts…..

I am trying hard to catch up myself. Just wanted to throw in that I don’t use my patient title either. I use my brewmaster title….that way if I eff up maybe they will just assume I am a drunk and just roll with it.

I couldn’t sport my Patient title either on my main. Mainly because I am neither a patient nor do I have patients. Single Fatherhood? My hat is off to you /bow. I have 2 boys of my own and between sporting events (Soccer mainly), homework and the never ending task list my wife gives me, I never have time to do the things I aspire to do, (ICC 25 anyone). Gnome, you’re the man, err Gnome….whatever.

You’ve inspired me to use The Patient.

I actually enjoy those PUGs, though. I mostly sit back and relax as we blast through the instance. Although, I do feel a lack of patience when I queue for HHoR for that stupid shriveled heart and it doesn’t drop… again.

I’ve become somewhat uncaring about stupidity. Ah, another healer who refuses to heal DPS… ever? That’s fine. The floor is scrumptious. The tank can’t hold aggro? Let’s see if I can peel off the healer and kite the enemy around for fun. I’ve been waiting for the first pull longer than the wait time in the queue? Lets see if Gnomeaggedon has written anything new.

Gnome, have you ever considered giving up on readig through feeds? It doesn’t seem to give you any pleasure, it just becomes overwhelming and makes you feel guilty. I only read blogs actually visiting the sites. I never save anything for “later”. And still I don’t think I’m all that behind you in keeping track of the blogosphere. You just have to admit it to yourself, you can’t have control of everything. There’s a bit of hazard in the blogging thing. You stumble upon things. And some things you miss out. And you have to live with it, accept it, move on.

(But don’t DARE to miss my posts! )

I hate these people, a lot. So much so that I’ve stopped taunting off these idiots when they pull, and often will try to screw their game up – especially if they are dps.

eg. A particularly rude and dumb Warlock-dps was in shite gear and rushing us. I said I tank at the speed of my cooldowns and he can leave if he wishes – we wont miss his crap dps. In the same run he decided to pull a pack while the healer was drinking, so I stayed where I was. He died, I grabbed the mobs and we rez’ed him afterward. It did not change his behaviour.

In keeping with your idea of not posting negative stuff about Pugs, I chose only to post when I had a positive experience.

I didn’t post last week.

The lfg speed race is one of the things that I wish I didn’t have to face every day. And I don’t think I’ll even use my Patient title, as its not in my nature. Now if there was a “grumpy bastard” title I’d wear that with pride.
