Comments on: Skipping (old) End Game Content

I’ve seen this too, and what makes it worse for me is that I’m new to WoW: my first character is 77 right now, and there’s all kinds of stuff I skipped. I’m kind of sad about never getting to see some of it, Because one of the things I love about the game is the lore, so I’m planning on going back through after getting 80 so I can see things before Cataclysm destroys them.

I did just finish my Cenarion Circle rep, and seeing that story and imagining what Silithus must’ve been like back in the day was really cool.

I felt the same when i was lvling both of my alts through Outland.
On my Paladin, i did all the quests that i can have in outland, every time i see a ques i grap it, relog to get my quest helper running (Since it used to crash my game sometimes, i always had it deactivated) and do it.

Now with my alts, i only do what i have to do to get out of that place, its like *oh i’ve done this quest before, yah yah yada yada been there, done that, lets go to the next*

I’m just hoping this will change in Cata, i am going to lvl a Worgen druid, and i hope the quests change.
however, i don’t believe they will change the outland quests, which makes me sad

Thanks for the linkage! Looks like it was a joke though — I’m told that the membership thing is just something the Goons perpetrate to get lame people like me to fall for it. Sorry I dragged you in on that. I thought it was a pretty good story though.
