Armaggedon's coming!

I don’t know if they are as common in your part of the world as they are here in Australia, but we have this phenomena called comeback tours. Some bands specifically have last shows and break up purely to have comeback tours.

There is one guy, John Farnham, that is the master of this art. Even though 80% of Australians say “thank god and good riddance” everytime he has a farewell tour, he’s back a year or two later.

That said, there are some comebacks I crave. Sex Pistols was one such tour, and if I didn’t get so drunk and fall asleep, I might have enjoyed the failfest it was.

There is one (ok two) blogger comeback tours I would love to see… She of too little mana, Megan.

I want the IRS to track Megan down and force her to do a Willie Nelson (or half Nelson, even a Nelson… Ha Ha!).

I want her in the right group with sufficient replenishment that she is no longer OOM.

Now I’m not a stalking Gnome (much) but I have noticed a few things.

• New blog header
• Random comment deriding awesome bloggers that throw in the keyboard
• An ode to bloggers lost

I must also admit I tracked her down and had a quick chat with her toon in exile.

Now, I don’t know how much cheer squads influence such awesome bloggers, but I thought I would start a petition-poll and encourage a few cheer squad chants in the hope it tips the balance.

We may be ignored

Now I accept that she may bat away my/our wish like a President bats a fly, but she must know that there will be the same outrage from PETA (People Expecting True Awesomeness).

I had some success in the past with raising lost bloggers, join me in my efforts to refill the mana bar of one of the best.

You never know, if Megan’s comeback tour is a success, maybe we can chant Jong’s house down too!
