@Troutwort: Dates with death…. The achievements are great in this sense… at least 1st time round. Do I mind I didn’t get my pants… bloody oath… but, that is tempered a little by that annoying achievement sound.

@Cathy: How much does this treatment cost.. is there any pain?

it’s a funny, when I mentioned to my mates that I was going in the 1st time, they responded with “ohhh that’s a hard one”… but I ind it really quite simple… until Loken…

@Everyone: I am so glad I am not the only Magetard, I mean that it is normal for Mages to deep sleep through the Loken encounter… I have been meaning to ice block… at least if I can get through one blast, I could double my measly damage.

But, The Teacher from Naxx left some school dacks behind last night… so I think Loken can rest easy knowing he wont be tickled by one Gnome again.

If I had more that 4 fingers on my pudgy Gnomish hands, I would show Loken my middle one.

Doesn’t even matter which direction, you should be able to approximate where he’ll run to after the blast, so start running back in that direction after you blink.

Loken is a tricky fight. He’s completely unforgiving of lag or that slightest bit of inattention. What I’ve found to help is turning the camera away from him. That way when you need to rush, just mash both mouse buttons. It’s slightly faster than trying to turn, even using the mouse, and uses slightly fewer mental resources. When you’re running from mass death, you want to save as many brain cells as possible.

My favorite place for chilled meat is an alt who doesn’t need it and gets it from leveling. My second favorite place is the gorillas in Sholazar. Round up a half dozen and AoE them down.
