… I think the time has come to panic …
The recent news that two of the WoW Blogging community’s favorite bloggers (Gun Loving Dwarf Chick and Resto 4 Life) are hanging up their blogging boots, reminded me that I am missing one of my favorite Mage bloggers.
Just as the Mage battle was heating up last year, he Iceblocked and disappeared!
Gone… without a trace…
Then, out of the blue, comes this cryptic message:
DON’T PANIC
So, I didn’t…
… and I haven’t …
… but now…
I AM STARTING TO PANIC!

Honest… I give you my Most sincere Gnomish pledge that I wont /lol … but I might /cry a little…
Go on… just let us know that Sydney isn’t really all that bad.. you can even try to convince me that Sydney is better than Melbourne (yeah… right!).

Oh, yes, I agree. For a very long time I kept him on my blogroll, still waiting for his return. Then it became just too painful to see the growing numbers of time elapsed since the last post, so finally I took Zupa away. But he’s still got a reserved spot in my heart and my blogroll and I keep hoping that he’ll turn up again, as sudden as he disappeared.
No explanations needed Zupa, We just want you back.
I knew you would agree. I keep dropping back there, just so he gets hits. I don’t think he reads his blog email anymore, so this is probably an empty dream.
But I can hope he still drops by for the occasional read

Oh I’m just having my head banged into a brick wall by the achievement junkies in our raid who insist on taking the A-Team to every raid so they can fail at getting The Immortal every week. That and getting very depressed at mage itemisation in Ulduar because despite Blizzards’ promises, spirit isn’t an exciting and useful stat for us but all our gear is still going to be loaded with it anyway.
About 1 blog post a week is all I can manage lately, but they’re usually the War and Peace of blog posts to compensate, perhaps I should try to slim it down and post more often, but when I get my teeth into a topic I just can’t seem to stop!
But enough about me! You’re 75! Woot! Big gratz, shorty! As for your spec, since you’re still levelling you don’t need a raid spec, so that means don’t waste points in Living Bomb. With FFB being your primary nuke you can skip anything that only benefits your trusty old Fireballs, since you won’t be casting them again, and you’ll have to spend points in the *gasp* Frost tree for the uber crit goodness you’ll find in there. When you get your first 10k crit you won’t regret it.
I’d suggest something that looks like this.
You have 1 free point at lvl 75, stick it wherever you like. Put it into Firestarter, take Living Bomb if you really want it. Even start putting points into Frost Channelling for more efficiency. The world is your pint-sized oyster my diminutive but perfectly-formed friend!

I am happy to say I am not looking so far forward… I keep meaning to write my own 3.1 patch note post… but it would be all yeah sure, no worries… but where is the Gnome engineering racial giving me a flying mount QQ.. So not really worth an entire post.
Yes, 75.. and drawn closer to the dark side (No Warlocks.. go away… Frost is dark enough for me!). I am going away from all those worthless talents I have been enjoying for the 1st time in ages… like impact and instant everything fire… but such is life… WTB new action bars…
I haven’t applied your spec yet… but it is in talented ready to respec…
