Obviously this is completely unrelated to WoW, but my Wife and I have been getting a chuckle out of it, so I thought I would share the silliness.

Our local glossy newspaper, come Real-Estate advertisement (Northern Weekly, Fairfax Community network), also has a TV guide.

Here are some of the gems from this weeks guide.

Two and a Half Men: Smooth as a Ken Doll
Barbie convinces her husband Ken to let her use candle wax during an unconventional depilatory session.

Guerrilla Gardeners:
Tired of veging out, the gardeners embark on a fruitful mission to grow fruit.

Wedding Crashers:
A wedding gets drunk and crashes into a party.

I can Jump Puddles (A classic Australian novel, now kids TV series)
Filmed long before the drought, this real-life drama reveals what puddles were and how much fun children had jumping in and over them.  Warning: parents may need to explain the concept of “rain” to their children under the age of 10.

Get a Clue:
A washed up actress learns how to gain notoriety by becoming an celesbian.

Open Season:
Boog, a domesticated grizzly bear with no survival skills, has his perfect world turned upside down when he meets Elliot, a scrawny, fast talking mule deer.

The Elephant Princess:
In need of a mammoth makeover in time for a hot date, the Elephant Princess consults Cheetah, who shows her how to make her ears look smaller by not wearing dangly earrings but has no suggestions for her wrinkles.  Later, the princess learns how to pachyderm her suitcase by taking clothes that mix and match well so she does not have to take and entire trunk of outfits on her next holiday.

New Tricks: Old Dogs. (An English detective show about old police)
The old dogs are hounded into learning new tricks such as how to make a rabbit disappear without eating it and how to collect the newspaper without drooling on it.

Room for Improvement:
A woman who is slowly being buried alive by her own rubbish refuses to clean her house, saying it is an experiment in “multiclutterism” in which piles of worthless yet sentimental things, like shopping lists and egg cartons, are allowed to intermingle without fear of persecution.

Go Go Stop: (A kids show)
Fascinating insight into the workings of traffic lights and their secret plan to control first traffic, then pedestrians, and then the world.  Stars Amber Light.

Aussie Ladette to Lady: Afternoon Tea:
The girls relish the chance to scone each other in this jam-packed episode.

FYI, I am heading down to Philip Island, to hit the beach for the next few days, so it is unlikely you will see anything from me until Thursday or Friday.  Maybe Dave will settle for draft 15 of his current piece and let you know what he really thinks from Death Knights (I think he was scared when he was sapling)
