Well, I can finally get back to the grind to 80!
Since the Achievements went in (well before actually, but I just needed a motivator), I have wanted to be loved by Gnomes World wide. But the Gnomes are a difficult bunch to please.
- Dwarves… easy, way too easy considering their dour demeanor.
- Draenei (The Exiled Ones – Oi!, get your hands of that title.. that’s the Gnomes!) .. Easy, I guess because they were so late on the scene they are happy to have any friends at all.
- Night Elves… they throw their reputation to the wind… seems they are like Druids in general and like it when you go killing (diseased) trees… and reward for it!
- Humans… Pretty easy too, but I must admit I left them hanging on.
- But Gnomes… geeez, Exiles alright! Spread across the world in some of the remotest of places, refusing to be anyone’s friend easily!
But… but… but… I finally won them over.
And scored my 10′th exalted rep while I was at it.
Yep, there’s another achievement under my little belt.
But hey, why stop there… so close to getting those horse lovers to love me…

Big Gratz and I got that title on my deathknight this weekend. With Questing!!! – got 2000 quests under my belt already. I admit I turned in 10 Stacks of runecloth for the last 750 rep (I grew to impatient).
Oh and if there are people out there who want to do it with questing too (can’t blame the runecloth-buyers – you folks make me rich
) here is a tip:
- start doing quests for ironforge/gnomeregan first till you are at least half to reverred (> lvl30-zones) – it should be the most-advanced faction rep-wise
- then do all the other racial zones, for each quest where you gain rep (you don’t gain rep if you are already fully exalted with that faction) with an allianz-faction you will gain rep for gnomeregan too
Wow, gratz. I can’t even imagine doing all five home cities– I don’t think I’ve even got Rhii exalted with the Exodar yet, and I’ve already done all their low level quests!
After my grind for Darnassus, it’s gonna be a while before I take the time to do another city like that… next will be Ironforge though. Rhii would look funny riding a Ram.

Not sure what that means, but I think it means that while we are Ambassador’s for our factions, there is a bit of inter-secretary rivalry still present.

Yep, just do the starting zones… and by that I mean 1-20. I also topped off with a bit of runecloth. Actually discovered that I had never made any donations to Stormwind.. so that helped a bundle.
@Rhii: Originally I wanted to ride a cat, then an LFNT, but in the end it was all about the Gnomes. I must say that after a few nights back grinding in Northrend, I am missing the old zones… Think I might head to Duskwood… I have never ever seen any more than the flight path there.
