You win some, you lose some, but what’s going on with achievements?
I wonder if Blizz is yet to tweak the achievement scoreboard, I hope so.
You see I noticed a few incongruities.
I have done 2 Northrend instances – I don’t think so!
Officially I have not completed any of the outlands instances, let alone the number of Old World instances I officially haven’t completed.
I know, it was hard for Blizz to work it out, I mean what proof do they have that you have completed the instances?
Quest
If there were quests related to the instance that you have completed. We know Blizz knows this, otherwise you could repeat the one off quests.
So what about Deadmines. I completed Deadmines (countless times) and the quests for the instance (and many more instances).
So give me the credit and let me move on!
Drops
If you are carrying a drop from a required boss, surely you have completed the instance. I accept that for many items this could be normal or heroic, at the very least give us credit for normal.
Some items are only available in Heroic, as an example Quag’s Eye. Dropped by Quagmirran, only in heroic mode, and Quag is the measure of achievement for The Slave Pens.
It took me 12+ months to get a pug to go get Quag. I got Quag’s Eye, a now worthless trinket. It’s sitting in my bank.
But I don’t have credit for the Instance?
Why not?
Come On Blizz, think about it again, do another parse, give us credit where credit is due!
Gnome and Out!

I watched my achievements list, just to amuse myself and my GF, how stupid things the Blizzard makes the sheep do.
I also noticed that several of my achievements are missing, although it’s obvious that I made them. For example I don’t have the “win an AV match” achivement, althoug I have Frostwolf Exalted.
One more reason to ignore them all (http://greedygoblin.blogspot.com/2008/10/achievement-pointless.html)
