OK, excluding Chess
Attumen, although I know many people don’t think so 1st time around, but I think that is more a matter of gear and knowing it’s ok to slow down.
Everyone except tanks (including healers TreeHugger!) stops doing anything to Midnight at 95%.
OT (or probably MT) grabs Attumen and pulls him away from his pony, count to 3 and open up on Midnight again – remember to pop your mana gem early 60-70% mana, you want to go crazy soon.
Once again everyone stops at 26% of Midnight’s health – yes you too Dave. Attumen mounts and everyone tries to artificially inseminate Midnight, up close and personal.
Don’t heal anyone that doesn’t get close – they can wear the charge and learn an important lesson.
Do decurse Attumen’s curse, if only on they MT (and maybe yourself 
)
Do watch your aggro, you can’t go beyond 110% of your MT’s aggro, feel free to drop aggro (invisibility etc).
Go hard, loot, profit!
Romulu and Juliet is easy too, as is Maiden, but you were looking for the earliest fight.
Oh, remember there is a 30 min respawn timer on the trash from the moment of the 1st pull, so don’t waste time and preferably don’t wipe until Attumen is down.
Oh, remember that there is trash between Attumen and the repair guy.. Don’t worry, everyone forgets once!

If people are adequately geared, Curator is quite the breeze.
If the raid makeup is ideal, Moroes isn’t too bad either.
If you have 2 warlocks, Illhoof is easymode.
I don’t stop healing during this fight what so ever now.
But i have been running with pally buffs.
Probably entirely different now with Wrath of Lion King
seeing as they are focussing on making healers watch the aggro.
They are all easy once you know them and have the right group of players. But Attumen is the only fight without randomness, so its the same every time you fight him.
