wolk Mage talent spec
Ok, damn good question, and one that needs to be faced now, well pretty soon anyway.
The way I figure it, you are probably looking for two specs (if not more).
- A leveling spec 70-80.
- A level 80 raiding spec.
The more possibly involves PvP, but maybe just a change of flavor spec, for something different.
I haven’t looked into this as:
- I don’t have a beta key, and
- I will be away for the launch of wolk.
I have seen some specs bandied about on other blogs, and I am sure Elitist Jerks, the unofficial forums, official forums (US & EU) and Intelligent Mage discussions have a pile of theory craft threads.
The biggest issue with the blog specs, is I don’t think I have seen any in a while, which probably means the various buffs and nerfs that have occurred in beta would make them a bit wonky.
Maybe the 1st step is do it old school, pick those talents that excite you, enjoy the learning and playing and worry about the min/max spec later
Remember for a very Long time now people have poo-pood Arcane and Frost, but in reality they are competitive – so do what you want!
