Clayton’s Post #3
A Claytons Post (The post you have when you aren’t having a post).
Scratching together stuff I have seen during the week.
Mages dream of Polymorph.
I assume you have voted >>>
I got quite excited when I read this post at Warcraft and other HooHa.
Not because it is a Polymorph.. but I would love it if we had Glyph of the Turkey
A brighter future for Fire Mages… we hope
Where are we headed with the fire tree?
And for all Mages…
Thanks in general for SpicyTunas’ frequent upgrades in Mages in WoLK
Fellow Mages in the news.
Larisa gets a mention at WoW Insider
Krizzlybear get’s a gong for wow-ku at WoW Insider as well as a big thankyou from the Twisted Nether crew for the talent spec.
Inbuilt Threat meters?
I am going to keep an eye on this one, especially as I heard on Twisted Nether that the data will be available to our old favourite threat meters making them more accurate. At least there will be no excuses in future, and if you happen to have a tank that forgot to turn theirs on.. well it wont matter. here’s a couple of links to read more.

Ice Tomb tip.
I loved the Ice Tomb tip given at the Casual Raider, plenty more like this one… check them out.
IceTombing the wrong guy
“I refuse to hit him… did you seen what he did to the priest last week????”The guards outside of the Opera have always been a pain. To avoid deaths due to CC’d mobs, have a dps break the initial shackle with a small “love tap”. These mobs tend to IceTomb right away after clearing the Shackle. This lets the tanks pick him up safely without having to worry about being Icetombed right away.
Gave me a laugh this week.
Big Red Kitty gave me a laugh with this one: Battleground Blogs That Should Exist
Krizzlybear threw this one out, not a joke (stop laughing) by it certainly brought a big smile to my face. I am going to be Edumakated and entertained at the same time. as well as educating me in the possible future for Fiery-Ice come WoLK
Funtime WoW Videos
Twisted Nether also mentions World of Workcraft, which was first brought to our attention by DrainingSouls.net.
Which made me think of World of Wifecraft. I know it’s an oldy, but if you have a barely patient Warcraft Widow at your side, it will send shivers down your spine.
Welcome to a new Mage blog
Finally, a big welcome to a new Mage Blog: Pew pew lazers! One Mage’s Musings in The World of Warcraft
Gnomer and Out!

Awww, thanks for the link, Gnomey. Have you seen the new changes to the Fire tree? I laughed all the way to the Mage trainer. There’s some seriously nice stuff in there.
Another wonderful wrap-up post from what’s passed during the week out of a Mage perspective. I think you’ve find a nice form for this. I honestly can’t understand how you can keep up with som many blogs.
I guess you’re probably one of those modern guys using a reader. I just use my blogroll and have a look at warcraftbloggers from time to time. You seem to cover so much more. But since you do it so well I see no need to change my habits. I just can lean back, trusting you to pick up all the cherries for me.
Thanks a lot!
np PPLz: got to spread the Mage love like a Blast wave… or ever improving WoLK fire talents. Actually it’s one of those posts I love on blog sites.. “the bloggers I have noticed recently” ones. With so many out there, it can be easy to dismiss a new one.
Larisa, I am going to have to expend my list to the truely worthwhile… I will become your feedreader
